Community Futures Triple R is a regional community economic development organization established under the Community Futures program of the Government of Canada. It is controlled by a regional Board of Directors representing each of the areas that comprise the Triple R Region. The New Home Builders Tax Incentive Program

 Plum Coulee Town Council has enacted an aggressive tax incentive program as follows: 

1st full year of occupancy -- 100% rebate on the town portion of the property taxes

2nd full year of occupancy -- 50% rebate on the town portion of the property taxes

3rd full year of occupancy -- 25% rebate on the town portion of the property taxes
